T-WorMS is the creation |
So What Does T-WorMS Do?
T-WorMS encourages QA Engineers to make meaningful estimates of the testing they are doing, and then enables a feedback mechanism so they can compare and update their estimates with actual values. The built in test planning and scheduling tools provide a real time view of where the organization is in the testing cycle. This can provide essential project management information to the test manager and the project team. But What About Automation? Not only does T-WorMS provide the important test management tools for the testing team, it also provides a unique, seamless integration of the test automation world with the manual testing world. When reporting on a project, the output from the automated testing must be married with the manual test results before effective analysis can be done. Without T-WorMS, this is a completely manual process. T-WorMS automatically handles the differences between the automated and manual tests, merging the information together to provide an effective design and tracking interface for both orientations. What If I Don't Have Automation? While T-WorMS facilitates a robust automation program, it is eminently suitable for a manual-only testing organization. When and if the organization is ready to automate, having the test deliverables already created in T-WorMS will give the organization a tremendous jump in building a successful automation project too. What If My Environment is a Bit Chaotic?Even if your organization has yet to implement a structured testing program, T-WorMS facilitates your transition from ad-hoc to more controlled testing by putting a light structure around your testing. As the organization matures, more process can be added via T-WorMS without obstructing your ability to get your work done. T-WorMS is a total testing solution. Simple, yet powerful is the key no one wants to spend the time to learn or use a complex tool. We already have too much to do and not enough time to do it. Tools should help, not hinder and frustrate. We designed T-WorMS because we want to use it. We think you'll like it too. |
